Came in today on a Sunday and was in and out in about 2 hours with new brakes, hub & bearing and new wheel bearing. Rob at the desk and the guys in the building are friendly and take the time to get the job done right the first time. They seem genuine and care about getting their customers back out on the road safely. Check this place out because they will go above and beyond to help you.

Overcharged was quoted $900 got the exact same time done elsewhere for $375 and that was with parts and labor!

This is my first time ever at a car place, I was skeptical because I'm a young female who only knows about cars via Google. When I walked in 2 hours before my appointment the guy who waited on me, Chuck was absolutely phenomenal. He didn't treat me like a child and all of his explanation were easy to understand and he made sure everything was all right before they fixed everything. Yeah it was pretty pricey, but it's a car better safe than sorry. If the manager sees this please make sure everyone who was working on Tuesday March 8th in the morning can read this and know I'm grateful for everyone doing their job without any attitude! That was the best customer service i had in months. Thank you. 😁

We had a flat while out of town, and Rob at Firestone was incredibly helpful. We had an uncommon tire size, and he called every store in a 15 mile radius until he found the right one. Amazing experience, I would recommend it to anyone!
