They claimed to run a diagnostic in my car. And they said they checked my fuses. It was all lies!!! In my car the whole display panel has to be removed and reinstalled a certain way which is obvious when it's touched but was the way I left it. Then they wanted to charge me to replace my whole steering column when all it needed was the bolt tightened. And magically when I get one thing fixed from there another  piece breaks and they claim to have nothing to do with that broken part when I know full well they had to touch that part to get to another. This is the worst mechanic shop in the state. Please don't go there!!!

I wish I could give this place a negative zero. Why is it even on a military facility? It is not safe! I took my car there for an oil change. All of a sudden my car starts leaking and I took it back to them and they refused to conduct any service on my car. The manager is very disrespectful and nonchalant. I took my car off post and the mechanics made a video of the damage they did to my car, and also told me never to take my car there because he has a lot of customers with the same experience. They are a fraud! They recommended me to get new brakes when I went to get my oil change and there is nothing wrong with my brakes. They didn't reset my monitor for my next oil change and the worst part is they did top off my oil. They didn't put any air in my tires while cause me $129 a few days after. Pretty much I paid for service I didn't receive and damage to my car. Please don't waste your time or money going there. It is horrible!!!!!EXTREMELY HORRIBLE! I think everyone needs to report it to the better business bureau. The office on dyer even confirmed that it's horrible, that really sad when your own speak against you. They are  putting people life in danger and that's not cool

Horrible service, overpriced, and sloppy. Asked them to mount and balance 2 tires and they refused to do the work unless it was all 4 and tried selling me extra stuff I didn't want or need like valve stems which I had already received from the wheel manufacturer and tpms sensors which I didn't want since they were only temporary going to go on my car. When I told them this they said "we either do it right or not at all" which is bs. So I just walked out and paid a quarter of the price off post... Crooks.

Always very nice and very knowledgeable staff.
I have noticed much longer wait times the last five times I came here for minor mantinence. I have used them for my three Mercedes over the past four years. I have been deployed for almost a year, and noticed that stops that used to take an hour, took me between three and four hours. This was a consistent change during the five stops I have made since coming back from deployment. 
I will still recommend these nice and knowledgeable mechanics, but don't expect the old speed.

I have been taking my truck here for two yrs now and i haven't had any problems, they have done great work and I'm satisfied..
