The whole team at this location was great and made the experience enjoyable. The technician Emilio did a great job and even came in early the next day to work on my car. Andrew was great and even asked me if I wanted fresh coffee. Lilly was great in giving me a ride home as I had been there from opening to closing that day and had no way to get home. They even offered to pay for a cab to pick me up the next day! What a great team and experience. There were other members that were always ready to talk to me and to make sure I knew how the work on my car was progressing. All of them were very personable and friendly.

When I arrived, customer service rep came out of the building to meet me.He was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit.

I have received great service from this firestone so far. My battery died at the gas station across the street and one of the employees brought over cables and jumped my car, free of charge. I also had my oil changed recently by them for a competitive price and have been very happy with my experience so far.

A bit on the pricey side but their work is guaranteed and they do a good job. They even do a courtesy check for free.
