I had a screw in my tire and went to have it taken out. They told me that they couldn't remove it because of the location (seemed odd to me since it wasn't very close to the tire wall), they told me that I would need to purchase 4 tires because they all have to be the same. I told them that my tires were almost brand new and wouldn't make sense to replace them all. I was told that because of my type of car all tires needed to match and it would cost be around $1,200!! I left and went to Ford. They took a look at the screw and told me they could in fact remove it. When they removed the screw it was so short that it didn't even puncture the tire and didn't even need to patch it. Ford didn't even charge me a cent! These people tried to get $1,300 from me for tires that I didn't even need. Make sure you do your research and go for a 2nd opinion because they just want your money. They probably figured I was some woman who didn't know any better. Shame on you!!!!

Extremely helpful and good at explaining things. Actually showed me what was wrong with the car and explained the processes to fix it . Very nice accomadating people and great service.

Made an appointment for both of my cars to get a wheel alignment. When i arrived they told me I never called for the appointment. I waited hours to get both cars done with my wife.  After they brang my wifes car in they told me they had to boost the battery to start the car after I watched them turn on the car without boosting it. They tried to sell me a new battery after lying to me by saying I needed a battery. After the wheel alignment my car now goes to the left instead of going straight. Will not return.

Manager is very knowledgeable & accommodating.. On top of everything that goes on.. No hidden tricks or fees..
