Had a surprise flat tire this morning so I called this location to ask about fixing it if I brought it in. The man on the phone was courteous and helpful. I was able to drop my tire off before I went to work and was told that I would be contacted when it was fixed. The call came in a short while later which surprised me since I didn't have an appointment and I wasn't waiting at the shop for it. When I arrived to pick up the tire I only waited a short time and employees at the front made sure to ask if I'd been helped or not. The man who assisted me ended up offering to have the tire put on my car so that I wouldn't have to since it was so cold outside. The tire change wasn't something we had previously agreed upon and again, I didn't have an appointment. The charge was exactly the same as what I had been quoted as well. Overall I'd say that I had a really great experience and would highly suggest them. I feel like they took the extra time and went above and beyond. Thank you!

The guys here were soooo helpful! Even utilized a $100 off of $500 sale for my situation that was costing $489 anyway, so I ended up getting a free fuel injection cleaning in addition to everything I needed done for no extra cost! Highly recommend!

*Edit* downgrade to 1 star. I went back in for my next oil change I scheduled an appointment for 12 noon. I called at 830 to see if they could get it done earlier and the employee said “the earlier the better”. So I bring it in at 9 and they tell me I can drop it off and it can be done at 12. This is the SLOWEST customer serviced based oil change place I’ve ever been too, and they have no communication skills what so ever. Save yourself a plethora of time and money and go somewhere else ffs. Went in with an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated and cabin air filter replaced. After an 1 3/4 hours of waiting for a job that should have taken half hour I asked the manager for my keys because I was on a time crunch. After he saw my frustration he than explained that they didn’t have the correct air filter and that’s why the was taking so long, and gave me some coupons.

We took our car in for what appeared to be a nail in the tire, and without even spraying water on it to see if the tire was leaking or taking the tire off to inspect it, they tried to sell us $900 in new tires. They claimed that nail was too close to the sidewall. They also claimed new tires were the "only option" citing treadwear imbalance with the other tires if we just replaced one tire - the tires are not bald nor significantly lacking in treadwear. It turns out the damaged tire hadn't lost any air and the nail hadn't penetrated it; we removed it with some pliers with no issue. The reason to take a tire to professionals is for a legitimate inspection not to be upsold unnecessary and very expensive things. Disappointing visit.

Don't go here. The assistant manager gave false information to me about what they messed up on my vehicle. If you want proper quality service, go to the Firestone on the Riverside Road. The manager Nate at that Firestone is the best manager that I've ever had. AKA Riverside Firestone is the best in Clarksville. And Nate is the best manager too! He and that store gets a 5 out of 5 star. The Firestone on Wilmarudolph is crappy.
