Absolutely amazing! This was the first time I did taxes with someone versus using Turbo Tax, so I was nervous. However, my husband and I got everything we needed. I like someone who is very organized and clear, which Ms. Williams mastered. I loved the interior of the building! Very bright and professional! The staff is courteous and friendly! I've recommended three people to her and that had the same response. Oddly, I'm looking forward to doing our taxes again with her next year 👏🏾👍🏾

I have been coming to Cheri at Firm1040 for about 7 years to file my income tax, through my experience, I have always received top notch proficient service and accurate results. I can trust that qualified individuals will prepare my tax return without the fear of any inconsistencies, and that all of my questions can be answered with precision. I am always greeted with courtesy, a warm smile, and welcomed into a clean professional environment. Firm1040 is respectful of my time, (with regard to appointments), I've never experienced long delays or unpleasant interruptions. I can sense that it's truly important for their team to ensure I am a satisfied customer. I will continue come here for all of my tax needs, advice, and inquiries. I will also continue to recommend others to come here, you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive at a minimal cost.

This was my first experience filing with Firm1040 and I was impressed by the attention that Cheri provides to her individual clients. She was very responsive in addressing all the questions I had regarding my tax situation and helped guide me with a review of my prior year tax returns as well. Will definitely recommend and be back next year.

I took my taxes here because I moved from NY to NJ part way through the year. At first everything seemed fine. Then we start getting notices in the mail. She did not submit a required form. So we responded to the notice and all seems to be well. Then I call back a month later and the form she forgot first was submitted incorrectly the second time. She is either incompetent or just doesn't care. She did refund my tax prep fees but my taxes are not resolved. It has been almost 2 months. I will not be returning. All these 5 star reviews cannot be true. Maybe I am just unlucky but I wouldn't take my chances if i were you. Try someone else. If I didn't follow up constantly nothing would have ever been taken care of.

I had such a wonderful experience at firm1040 what I liked the most was doing my taxes through the online portal. great customer service, reasonable pricing for your tax preparation , and a fast refund I wouldn't choose any other place to file my taxes
