THANK YOU for taking my concerns seriously and I look forward to that type of excellent service in the future!  

After experiencing difficulties with the billing department services over the phone I voiced my concerns in a review.   With in an hour or two, I got a call from the president of First Alarm and all of my concerns were addressed right away!

First Alarm ROCKS....!!!!  They under promise and over deliver. I've used their alarm and monitoring service for years and just had them install video surveillance at my home.  I now have 5 perimeter cameras which completely surround my home and gives me access from my DROID.  Their leadership is stellar.  First Alarm holds themselves to the highest standard of excellence in all that they do.  I regularly recommend First Alarm to everyone in my network!

We have used First Alarm for many years and it's been great!  They are easy to work with and the security service is extremely reliable.  The customer service department is also very good and they are very quick to respond if we need anything.
