We have worked with other First American Title branches before and had good experiences.  Working with Team Bakos was a different story.  Poor communication in regards to signing papers.  After being told that a bill had been paid, we were told that they would call and verify payment as to not submit an overpayment.  They did not.  They waited almost a month after closing to pay the utilities, causing us to have to pay late fees.  Melissa was rude and condescending, and the entire team had excuse after excuse as to why the process took so long.  If we had not called and emailed about outstanding bills or refunds due us, I am sure that we would still be waiting for our money back from First American Title Renton.
