Worked at FAI for a few months. They pay well and have let you work basically as much overtime as you want. BUT in the time I was there I was tasked with trying to figure out problems with production. When I voiced my concerns and asked for help to fix those problems I was told they weren't issues. Told them numerous times what needed to be fix and what needed to happen. Then was let go because production wasn't where it should be. Engineering is not supportive and looks out for themselves.
