The mall certainly had cheap rates and was offered 3 months free rent on November 15th by Jesse Wright the owner in California.  He tried to evict me after investing thousands into repairs in his building.  He took 2 months to fix roof leakage bad HVAC and shoddy wiring.  He sent the eviction notice on 5th of February when rent was due on the 15th.  He proceeded to harass me daily by email and phone calls demanding his rent by a certain time or "Get the F*** Out!! I was appalled by his language and threats and told him so. I decided that I would just get out and move elsewhere because he is going to be an ongoing problem.  The parking lot is full of large potholes. One of which I fell in and am suing him for my damaged knee.  DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST BOISE INVESTMENT at the Jackson Square Promenade.  It is a waste of time and money and you will not get enough business to sustain yourself or support from the so called management.  He is now threatening to throw my rescue animals in the zoo and shut off utilities.  If I could post pics and my email conversations, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This place isn't worth wasting your money. And the landlord is crooked and so are the owner's. If you move in you will regret it consider yourself warned.

I was told that I would get 3 free months of rent and the next month was being charged for 750.00 for rent. Then they changed the locks and none of my employees could get in to take calls. The owner is also very rude please beware of this Company They do not have a real estate license cam the real estate commission they will give you proper details. I should have did my homework.
