First Call Heating & Cooling is locally owned and operated out of Racine, Wisconsin. Tyler was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the problem we were having with our furnace and then got down to the business of fixing it. He was also very neat and clean....wore vinyl booties over his shoes and vacuumed the area around the furnace after he finished the repair. Thank you First Call for prompt, professional service and for our friendly technician, Tyler!

Being quite familiar with the HVAC service industry, although the technician was knowledgeable and on time, in my humble opinion the cost was very high and I will not be using First Call again.  For a fairly simple task of wiring in a transducer to a new 700 series humidifier on my furnace which I had already installed, they charged a $90 service fee plus an $88 charge for labor when right on their own invoice they stated minor repair with less than 30 minutes of labor with no parts. Appreciating the fact that they are a non union shop, luckily I had a coupon from their website for $20 off, but for 30 minutes of labor my bill was like $183, minus the $20, $163.  Might as well be a union shop. Not sure how all these reviews say reasonably priced, unless most are unsure of what reasonably priced service is.

So polite and very professional.  Answered questions that I had and gave me a run down on everything he did for the maintenance of my furnace.  Glad I have them.

The timing was spot-on, the work was efficient and the worker was friendly.  Good job.  Been a customer for years and always satisfied with information and feedback from the workers.

Steve arrived right on time and did an excellent job.  He was very polite and stayed a few extra minutes to answer my questions regarding the humidifier and levels.  I have used First Call since 2004 and continue with them today because of their personable staff and expert service.  They are reliable!
