I love the staff and the service is great. Dr. Alex will spend the time with you that you need him to  instead of being in and out. The nurses are all more than friendly, I love dealing with them. The front desk staff are wonderful and try to get to know each patient. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, for those who want to post about the time patients spend there, they need to realize it is not bad and the reason it isn't just in and out is because the staff actually tries to take care of each and every patient thoroughly! I have no problem with the time I spend there!

Doctor was very insinsitive and cocky...even sexist.  Slow service... When I went to see what was taking so long it was one on the cell phone the doctor looking at a screen talking and laughing with some of the staff whom were kicked back and leaning on the counters.  Everyone deserves a break but this has been on more than one occasion.  I've also experienced miscommunication with information .  I give it a two for the kindness of the nurses and some staff

Whoever the woman is answering the phone at the front desk today was NOT very pleasant. Called just to tell that i didnt need a follow up appointment and her tone and personality was crap.

I was visiting from out of town and had an Urgent Care need. I explained to the staff my type of insurance and that I had met out-of-pocket expenses for the entire year from back surgery.  I had my daughter who is 22 years old was with me at the time. I was told that I was in network and I was fine.  I had to be seen twice since my first treatment did not correct my issue.  Months later I'm getting the information from my insurance that they were not in network.  First Care now expects me to pay 300 plus dollars.  I was lied to about being in network. I would stay away from this company. The fact that they have people who have no morals.   I'm turning them over to the Better Business Bureau just as soon as I can.

Left numerious messages to First Health Care Medical Clinic.   Yes I read the message from
Deonya Tillman finally.   Why does this company leave a message on their web site? They have my phone and address.   No communication and no return phone calls from this company.   Why?  No resolution because no-one will return phone calls.
