Dr. Ada  is very professional, personable, and smart. She has a patient centered attitude that transcends  many other physicians at facilities. She works with patients of all skill levels and relays medical terminology in layman's terms.

Staff here are the nicest, warmest people around.  They make you feel like part of the family.  My daughter is scared to death of needles, and they even made her flu injection not scary at all for her.  Thank you for making my appointments so relaxed, stress free and friendly.  I highly recommend this clinic!!

I went online to check-in and when I got there they told me that they emailed me back and told they did not have any available appointments, but I never received an email from them. Stated that they could take me as a walk in which confused me because online and outside stated they have an urgent care, they told me no the are a primary care office and that they verified my insurance and I have to meet my deductible in order to be seen. She then told me my deductible is $2000. Told her that was impossible because I have met my deductible and I have a copay, told me that's not what they see. So I left and called my insurance company and they told me exactly what I told the lady at the front, deductible was met and copy was $30. Sad that I had to sit there almost 30 mins to have to leave and go somewhere across town to find out I have the flu!!!! I will never ever go back there again...
