I'm only rating one star because there isn't a choice for zero stars. The dental side is great, never had a problem. However, the medical clinic side is just horrible. They're worse than horrible. Every single time I've been to the doctors office with appointments I've had nothing but issues. The front desk is rude, the doctors are worse. They give you attitude and then pretend to be best friends with your kids while placing blame on the adult in front of your child. Getting an appointment? You're better off waiting your symptoms off or calling an ambulance for minor issues, for the flu they claim they can't get you in for over a month, and by then you would've gotten rid of the flu. They claim they are short staffed, but everytime you go in there are at least 7 doctors, and 50 nurses and other staff. Patients? What patients, we're just a number they make money off of. The only nice person that works there is a lady named Cindy, but she only works the check out area. I've called and complained but nothing ever gets done. You wait for a long time, then they blame you for being late and have to reschedule, when they know you weren't. They don't follow their own policy and commitment to the patient. You're paying a bill for service that is worse than my 6 year old could give. In fact, you're better off having a small child diagnose you, then at least you wouldn't have high blood pressure because that child isn't rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this place to someone who just got hit by a truck and had nowhere else to go. I'm not lying when I say you would literally be better off seeing a magical medicine man. This place is just horrible, and that's even an understatement.

I've been coming here since I was a kid myself and now I bring my kids here. The providers are amazing!

A male NURSE on the phone refused to help my daughter because her very serious IUD question made him UNCOMFORTABLE. Is it legal to refuse help to a patient that may have an infection? A manager called her back to argue with her rather than a professional to help her with her very serious symptoms. Don't go to or call First Choice in Los Lunas because they might refuse you service do to you insulting their sensibilities.

To be expected to not be late, yet the Dr them self take an HOUR to see us is RIDICULOUS!

Can not stand this place. Waited about 2 and a half hours to even be seen!
