So happy with them i bought all my home furniture from them . Very good service and stuff is 101 % good . Price was budget friendly.

They have a great selection of the furniture and the services are amazing the staff is really great and they also offer the best quality of goods and delivery services

Initially, I was very upset with the service. I had some concerns with my delivery. Jatin came over and fixed the issues and explained everything. I was satisfied with his dedication and service.  Instore service can improve. You have to be careful of how you word and explain things to customers.  Small details should be addressed during delivery. Delivery personnel should unwrap and finish up minor details. Not everyone is a handyman or has experience in such things, that's why they pay a premium for ready-made items.  My point is to support local businesses rather than big box stores. Expectations are high because I have purchased from here before.

Me and my family had a wonderful experience with First choice furniture! Amazing customer service and very reasonable prices. First of all, the customer service is amazing. We got a custom master bedroom set made from them and had very specific size and design requirements- they took time to understand all our needs and made our bedroom set exactly according to what we had in mind including perfect dimensions as well as the material and colour of our complete set. The finishing is amazing and the whole bedroom set looks great, I am very happy with the purchase and also exceptional customer service and the politeness and efficiency with which they handled the complete process. Additionally the delivery was very fast, will recommend to all my friends and family for sure!!

I have been buying furniture from First Choice for about 20 years now and I am always so impressed by the quality of the Furniture and the friendliness of the staff. Every time I visit I am greeted in a warm and friendly manner with big smiles.  I recently bought a sofa set from there and I am so impressed with the quality, the warmness and the texture.
