Customer service was terrible. Continuos passing of responsobility from the branch, to the call center and then back to the branch again.  Neither the branch or call could ever offer a resolution in the end.

Have used First Citizens for 30 plus years in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.  Fantastic family owned bank.  Very responsive for personal and business accounts.  This branch has always been very helpful and friendly.
