We have purchased two homes with First Commerce Financial and both experiences have been supreme.  Ken and Kirk provide a top notch customer service experience and moved the cumbersome loan process forward with relative ease.  The communication was fantastic and we always knew the standing of our loan.  Anytime we had questions about anything, I never hesitated to contact them, and always got a timely response.  During both of our experiences, we secured a highly competitive interest rate and were able to obtain a loan amount that allowed us to buy the residence we were looking for.  We would highly recommend First Commerce and we look forward to working with Ken and Kirk on our next housing transaction!

Ken at First Commerce was absolutely amazing! He started working with us months before we decided we were actually ready. As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing and he walked us through every step and quickly answered any questions with a smile in his voice. Even on Sundays and holidays!!!! Interactive spreadsheets helped to understand our mortgage and play with numbers so we could see what our payment would be based on selling price and different loan options. We could do everything online and through email which was a godsend for someone who works all the time! If I had to do it all again Ken at First Commerce would be my first call!

We worked with Ken and Kirk @ First Commerce Financial through a family recommendation while purchasing a secondary home and they made the mortgage process easy and straightforward. 

Ken was excellent at providing all of the information we needed to make our decisions and was always available to answer my phone calls, emails, and text messages, even at odd hours. He's very knowledgeable about the intricacies of obtaining a mortgage and was very detailed in his responses and requests. 

Kirk was on top of keeping us informed regarding the approval & closing process and his video updates were a nice touch. He even responded to my phone calls/text messages while on vacation over the Fourth of July!

I would recommend anyone purchasing a home to contact First Commerce Financial for their mortgage needs.

Ken and his team are by far the best.  We have used them twice to refinance our home.  No hidden fees and they are upfront about everything. All around good people that you can trust!! Keep up the fantastic work!

This is the second time I have used FIrst Commerce Financial for their services, both times Ken and Kurt were prompt, professional, and able to complete our initial mortgage and refinance with no headaches. They were able to find the best rates available for us. Great to work with, couldn't ask for a better company to handle one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
