Th is bank was Desoto bank before it turned into first commercial bank. After that. This bank has went down hill. When the changed it took a month for me to get my banking card a month. U called one of the banks in Horn lake and I talked to a male representative and told him I needed my bank card. He told me that he couldn't help me! What kind of bank is that?! So I called the main office in Jackson every other day until the talked to me about my card. On of the representives told me it was coming. Then after 3 weeks she said ohhh we have to many cards coming out to people you are going to have to still wait. So after I called and went off my card showed up . my card was recently stolen some where and it seems that I may have to wait again. And oh they charge you to much for an checking account and if you lose your banking card it's 25 bucks!
