If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Money has been taken out of my account eight different times without my knowledge by the bank. Normally, if you have insufficient funds and attempt to make a transaction it would just be declined. Apparently, you also get charged $32 every single time you attempt a transaction with First Commercial Bank. So you can't make the transaction (obviously) and you're out another $32. It doesn't help that the online portal is often inaccurate. I plan to switch to someone that does not secretly charge me extra money EIGHT different times. Poor customer service as well. The employees at the New Braunfels branch are much more welcoming and warm.

Deserve no stars
They have slowly been taking my money for years.. just now realized. I have heard from others they are scam artists and now I see why.  Avoid using this bank at all costs! Anywhere is better than this bank... Yes, even Wells Fargo
