Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to the Allison Park branch. The staff there is so much more helpful than this branch. I don't even know how people have given this branch five stars, must be friends of the branch or workers. Was thinking of closing my account and switching banks, luckily I talked to Allison Park and they fixed everything for me and were extremely helpful. This branch made me feel like I, as the customer was wrong and the teller was so rude. Found out, I was right and the other Branch helped me out. .

They helped me setup my business entity with government forms filled and filed. Free checking account, other freebies. They made simple things that I had asked and researched elsewhere to no simple answer. They simply could not have been more helpful. I have never had this level of service anywhere else. I had no prior dealings with the company or any of the people. Just good honest service.

Fantastic service! Even though we arrived near closing time, they stayed late and helped my son get a checking account set up so he would have easy ATM access at a branch near his college campus. Then, to follow it up with mailing me a hand-written Thank You for setting up an account with them--- you just don't find that kind of service anymore!
