I have been a member for over 10 years, now. I have a checking, savings, money management, and a 0.99% interest rate car loan through them. I moved away from home to Nebraska three years ago and still bank with FCCU. They are always more than willing to help me out across the state lines. Choose a credit union before you ever choose a bank. They are there for you, not your money.

Where do I start? My boyfriend pays his rent with this branch and they always mess it up. From putting the money into other people's accounts. I almost closed my account. This one and the Arnold branch is the worst. We went to go open up an account for him and the lady was so unprofessional it was sad. Then the lady at the counter had the worst attitude. I'm still on the fence about maybe closing my account. Come on first community. Get it together.

Certainly not yet into the 21st century. Antiquated payment options & extremely difficult getting answers. Everyone has a different answer to a question. Also hate the one # (home office) you have to call for everything instead of dealing with local branch person. Decent rates & could be good company if they'd get it together.

Worst customer service of any bank I ever dealt with.  I would recommend choosing another banking establishment.

leaving this place as soon as they finally process my check. FCCU will lie to you to make them seem good but come back another day and they will tell you something else.
