FIRST CONVENIENCE BANK WARNING:  If you have an account and choose to gets checks for your checking account, make sure they are all there.  My first check book I received was missing a blank check with all my information. As soon as I noticed, I reported it.  Come to find out, a teller had already used this check [IN WALMART] to buy a $100 plus DVD player.  It was all caught on camera.  I did receive my money back; however, these are the folks that you risk handling your money.  J. Hardy

I bank here ONLY because they're open 7 days a week and I shop at Walmart often. The bank tellers that walk around like vultures trying to get you to open an account with them, is the most annoying part of this bank. They are way too pushy and can't take a hint. You tell them a firm "no" and they still harass you. Even if you already have an account lol. Ridiculous. I will be going to the Hudson Oaks location from now on until I find another bank.

They are so crooked DO NOT BANK HERE! My whole family banked here but come Monday all of our accounts will be closed and we will be taking our buisness else where. You only steal my money once. Yall are a bunch of theives!!!

If you want the worst customer service with folks that will blatantly lie to your face so they don't have to work this is the place for you. Spend the extra 10 min to go to the location on Hudson oaks. Everytime this location won't do their job they always fix it and have no problem picking up their miles of slack. I am now purposely going out of my way to let everyone know if you hate your life this is where you should go.
