Tellers are always happy to serve you. 
The tellers get four stars.
There's nothing convenient about closing at 6 PM for the customer. Some nights they stay open until 7 PM and the hours vary,  which is confusing. Why not stay up till 7 PM every night that would be convenient.

They don't even deserve one star, none of the branches do. This bank ought to be shut down. They don't do things how any bank should. Lose your debit card & report it? Oh well, they will leave it open so it can be used, they let transactions you didn't make go on your card and account. When you report those they can't give you any information,then turn around and they still charge you for them. Seriously need to get on track or close it's doors. Customer service is terrible. Beyond ridiculous. Every single branch is terrible.

Not the greatest bank ever, and their overdraft fees are quite ridiculous. You can't beat the connivence though, not to mention it's easy to set up an account other than that nothing special.
