I called to get a printout of my checking account when I couldn't find the statement. Ally told me she would have it and I could pick it up anytime. I told her I would be there at 2pm, thinking that if something happened she would let someone else know where the document was. 

She wasn't there at 2pm, she was at lunch. After waiting 45 minutes I discovered that she never had the documents, for which I made a 45 minute round trip. She never apologized or offered any explanations. I will never do business there again.
