 Why I dislike First Financial Bank , 
After getting me all excited about setting up a personal and commercial account for my small business, the refused to give me a line of credit because of a bankruptcy 2 years ago... which is fine... even though my credit is awesome now. BUT...I told everyone I spoke with there that I would need overdraft and line of credit when I first approached them... they set me up anyway... And now that they cant do what they said... Travis at the Grapevine branch, who has the authority to give me a refund... is sticking me with the checks we ordered for $200. All I wanted was my 200 back and part as friends... Travis indicated this was my fault because Line of credit was My Caveat...I run a business and I always do right by my customers... for the last 16 years... this Bank does not...
