The absolute worst customer service in NW Indiana . Two different young ladie , one with a consistent smirk on her face would not process my transaction . The transaction was from same source that gets direct deposit weekly from a Premier business in NW Indiana . When a business is open and running without supervision as they said , it is a inconvience. I’am 60 yrs old and have never believed that this would’ve allowed to happen . Beware of the phony hello and persona . This account has been open for 20 years ....beware
