I am a Federally licensed Senior Mortgage Banker with over 17 years of experience. I help people achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership in the great state of Maine by offering the best product knowledge and customer service in the industry. I specialize in Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages, FHA, VA, USDA, Maine State Housing Authority and other specialty "Portfolio" loans.

I highly recommend Rick Airey with First Financial Mortgage. When I first walked in Rick was very professional and courteous. He looked at my financial situation and broke down each step I needed to do to get my first mortgage. He was unbelievably responsive with communications sending me e-mails over the weekend or during his time off. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous when selecting my first house for my family. Our realtors were not helpful and did not give us any confidence during the whole process. The only reason I felt comfortable and informed was because Rick was always one call away. I can't say enough positive things about him and what he has done for my family!

I have just referred my first clients to Rick, and it was an extremely positive experience. Prior to this I had used my husband who had previously been a mortgage loan officer, so I was extremely sad when I had to "shop" for a new loan officer. The clients who I referred to Rick are first time homebuyers and new to the process and felt that Rick gave them a sense of calm and explained everything so that they are comfortable going forward. I have no hesitation in recommended in Rick in the future.
