Barely a shopping mall. It has several anchor stores, a theater, a food court and several of what you expect from a mall. However, this mall is always pretty empty with several closed locations. It's layout is simple, ample parking, really great restaurants, a target and a Walmart, freeway and trolley close. Not sure what makes this mall unfun and almost depressing to be in. It's a nice place for a casual walk around with the family and some great stuff to do while there. Give it another try.
Great centre, usually pretty busy but it has everything you need in one place: shopping and dinning
Not a big Mall Person! I can say, outside walking around is nice. The movie theatre would be great if the staff didn't hate their jobs n took some courses on guest service. Love that they still have Barnes & Noble Book Store
I have a nice day at Chuck's e cheese for my birthday of 8
Coolest Outdoor mall in San Diego. Not so crowded. Older crowd. Great events. Security Officer's on point. Female Security Supervisor in the morning very knowledgeable and professional. Mall management needs to pick her brain for improvements.
This center has many restaurants and a two story target and two story walmart. The food court has a variety of choices. There is a movie theater and other stores and gym, yoga ect.
One of my favorite shopping malls tucked away on the border of east county. Parking may get a little tight on the weekend but it's one of the few malls left with classic outlets like bookstore, food courts, movie theatres, etc. This will always be a place of some of my most favorite childhood memories and I hope it can continue to improve with unique businesses and community building as time continues.
Malls are really suffering these days. Aside from Walmart and Target, there's just not too much here. There are vacant places and the food court leaves much to be desired. The place is generally clean and well maintained though.
It was nostalgic for me to go, and the need for a Target run but parking was horrible. Found a new discount shop called all brands that had a few must haves. I did my steps for the day navigating across the parking lot so I did not traverse into the mall area. I can say it was popular based on the number of cars and those following me to my space to catch an empty spot.
Grossmont center is clean and we'll run. Many thriving stores and reasonable crowds. Parking is easy and organized well. Many nice restaurants in and around this mall. It seems safe and has a comfortable feeling to it. Close freeway access.
