I've had artificial nails and mani-pedis for over 30 years. This is the 1st salon I've ever visited that 1) re-uses the foam toenail separators 2) does not line the foot soaking tub 3) uses a shared paraffin tub 4) does not line the lounge chair used for private (eyebrow, wax, etc) treatments. Their work was acceptable but not under the most sanitary conditions. Just saying...

Place has gone down hill. I had an appointment and was not sat until and hour and a half later and was never given an apology or even offered a discount, I've been a loyal customer for well over 5 years. A popular staff member Tuan and his wife up and quit. Probably because of the owners, yet no one tried to contact any of his clients to rebook appointnents, they have kids booking for them, causing them to double or triple book people. Very poorly run, I will never return there. I now go to reddicks beauty salon, great service and price, they actually seat you at your appointment time.

Dear owner.. no the reason I'm upset is not due to not having a discount. You do not seat people when they have an appointment, you run around between clients instead of just finishing the work. You did not ask if I wanted to wait or reschedule, my appointment was not with Tuan in the first place so there should have been no reason my wait was that long, I stayed because I was going out of town and had no other choice but to wait and hour and a half on a Friday evening. Please stop making excuses for your poorly run business that lacks time management. And to make it clear I've been a customer of yours since your location was in the old plaza, service has gone down hill since then.

I got a gel manicure done on Thursday evening. The technician seemed to be in a rush and missed putting the gel over most of the corners of my nails. Then, today I was at work and the gel on my left index finger started peeling off! I've never had such a bad manicure - it was done very sloppy and clearly won't last 4 days let alone the 2 weeks that they normally do. Very disappointed
