I LOVE this bank.  Customer service is great.  Everyone knows your name and they are so friendly.  You are not just a number here!  Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

This is the most unprofessional bank to do Business with. I have never experience such a terrible customer service from any other bank we currently do business with. The lady claiming to be the Manager, hung up on me, when I was verifying some information, she was extremely un- patient and unprofessional. I would never do business nor personal business with this bank. You will be much better off with USBank, Chase, Key bank and any other well recognized financial institutions.

Customer service is terrible, only location in Colorado, mobile banking is arbitrarily difficult,can't access transaction history if using a computer and all the tellers are condescending and or rude, except for the gentleman with glasses and who's name begins with a T
