Great bank! Some of the best and most friendly employees. Also very curtious when it comes to waiting with comfortable seating, coffee and cookies.

I have been a customer for 10 years but distance has always been a factor regarding premise visits, therefore much of my banking is either on line or via telephone. It has been my experience that everyone I have communicated, are friendly, polite, professional and respond timely. I highly recommend this institution/

Awful customer service,  Had an appointment, walked in No one acknowledges that I'm even there,  waited about 40 minutes just to walk out, No one even had the courtesy to say someone will be right with you,  Won't ever go back
