I have been using FNB Weatherford for many years and cannot say enough great things about the bank. They always do anything they can to help you out and you don't feel like you are just a number with them. Even though they are a growing bank they keep the small town bank feel. If you live or do business in Parker County this should be your bank.

From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the nicest most welcoming staff I have ever worked with. I have several banks I work with on a daily basis and this branch at the Hudson Oaks office is by far the easiest and best banking staff I have ever seen. So glad we moved accounts over here. What a pleasure it is to have smiles and intelligence in one location.

First National in Weatherford is a true local bank which means the staff works here, lives here, and the decisions are made here.  They're large enough to have all the services of the larger banks but small enough to know their customers.  When you call the bank you get to speak with someone right here in town that knows you and understands your local needs.

Its a love hate relationship here. i love the values you stand behind, but as for your hours, and ridiculous cut off times we may need to move our companies bank accounts. 4pm mid week is far too early for the working person. then to have the drive through open til 6pm and even with a CASH DEPOSIT still say the cut off time was missed is absurb, and then guess what? NSF charges, and when i call i get the run around. I'd suggest getting this company up with the day & age and allowing your deposit cut off times til 6pm. And to treat cash just as it is, CASH with no hold. OH and deposits in ATMs, another great idea, since when do ATMS not allow deposits?

The drive thru bank is better now that they've added & trained new people... before it was AWFUL! The inside is about the same. There's only ever 2-3 tellers available at one time in a bank where 6-7 tellers spots should be filled. Most of them are very polite & good @ their job... but there is one that I refuse to use/wait in line for. I never cared to learn her name bc she was so intolerable. Years ago I waited in her line, asked for a money order, didn't hear what she said bc she's a mumbler... & she literally rolled her eyes @ me! A grown woman! She was extremely rude & catty the entire time.. Sorry I asked you to do your job, lady... But since then I've refused to wait in her line. I'll wait all day for someone else before I ever work with this woman. I'm not sure of her name but she's heavy set, very dumpy with short very light brown/dirty blonde hair with a very bored "I've given up on life" face. She's extemely rude & has been working there for YEARS. C'mon, first national! Put your customers first! If you know a teller is so intolerable that your customers refuse her help... do something about it! Don't just promote her 😐😑
