The thing about First Republic and the staff is personal care for the customer. Like many others for years we were simply herded through ropes like sheep to a 4 foot counter like a New York Deli and we arrived at the counter we were presented with a robot-like person who performed whatever we needed. First Republic is much different; you arrive in a beautiful lobby area and are presented with several personal bankers who are very attentive to our needs. Cool....Also; baked cookies and comfortable chairs. I have banked here for years and I can say the exceptional service is not a fad with First Republic Bank; it's a way-of-life.

By far and away the best bank in the US. Have you ever been here? If not, stop by any one of their branches. You will get customer service at the same level of Nordstroms or the Apple store, they get it- the customer is EVERYTHING. They will act like a partner, not like a typical bank. I've been with them for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about them. I've referred so many of my friends here and they all love it as well. Plus they bake fresh cookies everyday!
