This is specifically about ac service and not plumbing, they've done good plumbing by us. Bought a new ac unit in 2015 - It is undersized for our house, also did not reattach a roof support after they installed the unit which has damaged my ceiling some. Called them last year to have technicians check for issues since it couldn't keep up with 100+ degree weather and no condensation has ever been seen coming from drain line. They replaced air filters I replaced only the week prior and didn't even step foot in attic to review-there for probably 30 minutes. We called out a different company's technician who immediately said he would have quoted our house a bigger unit but continued to spend almost 2 hours trouble shooting our unit, his diagnosis was it was a mistake getting a unit that small. I called the salesman at first service and told him what the other company said and how I was dissatisfied with our service so far and wanted to know if they could do anything. Salesman did come out but after reviewing the install he said he would have sold the same unit. He was dismissive of the ac unit not being able to keep up with "everyone's ac struggles in the summer" and "I keep my house set to 78". I'm not a total idiot, I get that. But there is a difference between setting your house at 78 and an ac running nonstop only being able to maintain 78-80. He said he could get us a quote on line dampers that would help to distribute the air to our hotspot better and that he would investigate drain line but never did and we've never heard back. Did not apologize for poor service or for damaged ceiling. Dreading this summer.

This is a business owned by people with evil in their hearts disguised as Christian in order to get more business through the church. They treat their employees horribly. Don't use them if you can avoid it they are NOT a trustworthy company.

I've had 1st Service repair my Air Conditioner and they are excellent, friendly and clean! They took care of my AC issues quickly and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
