I go here FAITHFULLY for none other than Olivia. Her pedicures are TO DIE FOR. She takes her time and never gets in a hurry. She's really attentive and pays close attention to detail. I always get the ultimate pedicure because the experience is perfect. I've always had dry feet and she is the ONLY person I've ever gone to that gets all the rough spots off of my feet! Sometimes she scrubs them each 3-4 times...whatever it takes. Usually when I get pedicures other places, they scrub them once and that's it. My feet are so soft when I leave Olivia they're literally sliding in my shoes.....now you KNOW that's a good pedicure! She also gives me manicures and gel polish. You NEVER have to tell her to add an extra coat of polish. She always takes her time no matter how long the wait is at the door and I LOVE that! As long as Olivia is here, I'll keep going! If she ever leaves....she better tell me where she relocates because I'll be a permanent follower! :)

I'm very disappointed with the service I received today from them. I have been going to the same salon since I moved in the area which is almost three years. I went in today for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. An older lady did my toes which is usually done by Olivia or the other younger lady there. Looking down my feet looked ok but when I got out I realized that it was a mess. I went back in to see if they could at least retouch my big toe since I wear my toes out everyday. I was even going to pay for their mistake. No one wanted to assist me as I stood there looking stupid for them to take care of my toe when I had just been there earlier. I faithfully spend $35 every month but they don't have to ever worry about me going back. The place is so nice but I feel I'm a regular and it was not like I messed them up but it was poorly done.

Will NEVER return.  My name is not Bryan.  This is under my husbands name for Google review so it us showing up as Bryan.  I went in and got the ultimate pedicure.  Olivia gave me a sheet to choose what service I wanted.  I chose the ultimate today which is the most expensive pedicure offered.  She seemed mad that I chose that one.  In conversation with her she stated that she was a full time employee there and not one of the owners.   The girl across from me chose the cheaper one.  Olivia worked so harsh and fast that she was done before the girl across from me that bought the regular pedicure.  I paid for the extended massage and it only lasted a total of  2 minutes for the massage both feet and legs.  Pure false advertising.  I thought she made a mistake and I asked her for confirmation which package I chose.  She said it was the ultimate.  It totaly did not match the description on the paper.  In addition, She removed no cuticle skin at all.  She was fast and harsh.  She had no customers waiting.  The place was dead to be a Saturday.  They lost a good tipping and good paying customer.  I will never recommend them to friends, family, or the public.

Olivia has been doing my nails (hands and feet) for the last 2 years. She is the BEST at her job. Her level of professionalism is superb. She believes in taking care of your feet and hands. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Most importantly everything she uses is CLEAN! I recommend Olivia to anyone who wants to have the best manicure, pedicure etc!

The service I experienced today was horrible. The tech was rude and rushed through my fill in. I asked her was she in a rush because she wasn't letting my nails try the full 60 seconds. Her reply was that they are dry. I asked for oil at the end like they normally do and she just slapped it on my hands sloppy. She was extremely rude. I asked her what was her name she told me a false name. He name is actually CHI . I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager but I asked the young lady that was doing a pedicure who the manager was and she told me the manager was Lilly and she was not in today. I will never go here again. I only went because I was on my lunch break. Don't go here, they don't appreciate you business !
