Went to the branch to get an unauthorized ACH form. Mary ask if it was a debit card transaction ? I say No, it was an ACH transaction. Then she says yea it was probably a debit card transaction. Again, I tell her No, I called the company and they said it was ACH!!! Mary then says well I don't know how they would have that information unless you gave it to them. I tell her can you just give me the forms I need! She holds the form up and says you can fill this out now, but I can't do anything for you right now it will just sit here until Monday. I then ask how I can prevent them from taking anymore money out of my account and she says well you can close it and open another account. But, it made your account go negative so I can't do anything about it now. You just have to wait until Monday. I take the paper and leave. Once I get home I see she STILL GAVE ME A DEBIT CARD FORM. I called customer service and ask if they are the same forms and they tell me no it's completely different. So I have to drive back to a different branch because I am done dealing with Mary. I ask all of the same questions to the other branch and they gave me the correct form , didn't TELL me that they think it was a debit card transaction , and also told me they would be able to put a hold on my account so no other transactions can come out!! Mary needs to work on her customer service skills for sure, and I definitely won't be back to this location!
Best bank ever! All the employees have been top notch! This has been my bank for over 30 years!
