The nurses are incredibly helpful and so nice! The PA are willing to listen and share their experiences which has given me a different insight and a sense of "home" knowing I'm not alone.  truly a place where my family feels comfortable!

We love everyone at First Steps Pediatrics!!! Dr. Anna Suray and Christie Curtis treat us like family and always treat our children's needs thoroughly. Dr. Suray has met us when the office is closed to check our daughter rather than having to sit in an ER.

My Grandson has been a patient here since 10/2013 several months ago we noticed my Grandson was urinating alot, drinking water excessively and he was saying his head hurt often. We took him in on several occasions talked to the doctor asked for catscan or xray of head  they refused. While my beautiful Grandson has been admitted to Childrens Hospital one week ago and diagnosed with a golf ball size tumor on the brain. If you care about your Children stay away from these incompetent P.O.S.

This place is a joke. The place is nice but the doctors are inconsiderate. Theres been multiple times ive had my children there and the people look and talk to u like ur not supposed to be there. Its almost like they are mad that they have to work. If there ever is a problem such as getting blood work or labs done you better watch out. They will call you and tell you to hurry up and go get it done. Don't tell them that you cant right this second because she doesnt like that. She will get a HORRIBLE attitude and threaten to call cys. In my eyes most people work and cant just get up and leave to do something when ANN SURRAY WANTS YOU TOO.for example blood work. Many people have more than one child that could be in different places. Ex one of ur kids could be at a park and another one over a friends house etc etc. We baby sit multiple children during the day. We called all the parents ti come pick the kids up some could make it quick otheres cant male it for a few hours. I called back and them that we will get the bloodwork done after the kids parents pick them up that it could be later today or worst  case tomorrow a.m. at the latest before i can get childrens.  My daighter just had a bunch of tubes of blood taken yesterday from quest in robinson.first steps didnt like that we went to quest yesterday. Even tho they always refer us to go there all the time. Been doin it for 9 yrs.First steps told me that quest didnt process it quick enough for them and that the results could be inaccurate. That i had to hurry up and go to childrens in Lawrenceville. I told her again that i cant just leave right this second. That i would make it a lil later today or tomorrow morning first thing. What she says next blows mw out of the water. ANN SURRAY tells me that if i dont go she would be calling cys. Are you kidding me?? Over blood work? Its not like my kid's arm is hanging off!!! Its bloodwork!!! What parent wants to be treated like this from there kids doctor. Cys if for people who dont cloth house feed or even take care of there childs daily needs. Thats not me or my wife and family. My kids are very well taking care of and have a  alot more than what most people have! ANN SURRAY must think shes somebody special!!! That everybody has to do what she says when she says it. To me it seems like she dont care about what situation ur in. When she says jump YOU better say how high because if not she will threaten you with contacting cys also. These docs ate supposed to work with you not against you.in the medical field there is no room for ignorance and ANN SURRAY is completly ignorant . if you want a good pediatrician go two min down the road to Dr. Ann chen. The people there are really friendly always check on you to make sure everyrhings good. Ann chens office does NOT threaten you if you cant go right that second and belittle you. Hopefully this will give you a little insight as to how this docs office is and what to expect when ur a client there. Dont settle for less people these are your kids and they deserve the best the can get . Have a good day! I know i will knowing that my kids arent in that horrible sorry docs office called Fisrt steps!!
