Busses are always 100% of the time late

I have a kindergarten student and he was so excited to ride the bus. Today was ridiculous! There was a substitute driver and he did not know any roads in Gardner. He didn't follow the route given to him and my child was on the bus for over an hour. He was terrified! The school was very helpful but when dealing with the bus company was a nightmare! The extremely rude dispatcher named Laurie was not helpful at all. She was rude from the minute she took the call and then told my husband that it was my son's fault that he didn't speak up!!! He is five and was scared. My son stated where he lived and was told no that he had to go to the next stop. I am very disappointed in this company. My child is now afraid to ride the bus and this company is a nightmare to deal with!!!

Watch out, they let 87 year old women transport kids. That makes sense, why dont they just give every prisoner coming out of Gardner NCCC a job their or at toys r us, genius I say.
