Best service friendly tellers around! I've been with First Tech Credit Union since 1996. If you see a review about them being "slow"... Maybe you should look around, & see you are not the only person in the building with a need. My suggestion would be to higher more tellers, or have one person specifically for drive-up customers.  I think the tellers do the best service around! Dave, the branch manager, goes over and above to help his customers! *breathe*smile*enjoy life*

This place knows what Customer Service is all about. Julia took great care of us and getting us set up as new members. Tess the Ast. Manager was a true gem herself. Thanking you both for the wonderful experience 😊

Nice facility but the staff are slow and have a lack of training for the services and functions they provide.

Got a voicemail after one particular visit because they forgot to get some information from me and the phone number they left was incorrect!

I have been banking with first tech for over a year and they have been amazing.  So glad I dumped the bing bank chase to move to them.

Scam & total ripoff!!!! Beware their not " Federally" recognised nor FDIC. Their a complete 100% SCAM....
