We are a licensed facility that has been servicing the community for 35 years. Drop in fun for children ages 1 and walking through 6 years old. Each day is filled with fun activities, crafts, music, indoor/outdoor play and a healthy snack.

Great message! Three services/times on Sunday made it easy for me to drop in!

Called and asked for help for me and my 2 year old son. Pastor was very rude and told me to go to the Murphy center. When I explained that the Murphy center had already turned us away she got a huge attitude and told me that if the Murphy center wouldn't help me then neither would their church. Jesus says DO NOT TURN AWAY THE CHULDREN. Jesus is proud of all the good community work your doing.NOT.

First United Methodist Church is a great place to work. It is a church that has something for everyone. The choir program is amazing. The number of outreach and mission opportunities is comprehensive and includes Habitat for Humanity, the food bank, and working with homeless families. There are larger worship services having several hundred in attendance. Plus, Crosswalk is a casual worship setting meeting in the Chapel. The Double Nickel offers lunch and fellowship for older adults. Children’s ministries is the launching pad for “cradle to grave” faith formation. Youth meet several times weekly and fill the summertime with three mission trips. College ministries (aka the Wesley Foundation) engage students in faith formation and Christian service, which includes mission work in Guatemala. The people of the church say “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors” and they live it. Rev. Charles Murry, Lead Pastor

A great place for people of all ages to come together for worship, service, and faith formation. God is at work in this place!
