I have been very pleased with the service I have been provided.  Renee in the office is very friendly and did a great job explaining to me all of my options.  I also feel as if my items are secure and free from damage.  Thank you First USA Storage

I have been in the middle of move, I had to return a moving truck first thing and needed to put items in a storage unit right away. My experience with the site manager, Renee, was absolutely amazing. She is extremely curtious and was very helpful and helped me promptly to move in a unit.

Very friendly and are willing to work with you. I only needed a small unit and they gave me a chance to take a look at the unit before I made any final decisions. I would highly recommend them.

The manager that works here is extremely nice, however, the owners are extremely unfair.  Our payment was not accepted due to husband received new debit card - we understood that was our fault and he took the new card for them to enter for the next month's draft.  The next month, our payment was again rejected - found out our correct debit card # was not entered.  Made a call and made sure they were using the correct card that we had provided the month before.  They still charged us a $15 per unit late fee, even though it was not our fault the payment was rejected.  And it's impossible to get in contact with the owner/owners, because we tried last month.  I plan to remove our items as soon as possible.
