Scott assisted us with refinancing our home in Waukesha County several years ago and we had a great experience.  So when my wife and I recently purchased a lake home in northern Wisconsin we called on Scott again.  Our refinance was simple fast and easy.  However, purchasing a second home proved to be more challenging.  Scott helped us navigate all of the craziness.  We are self employed, own several businesses,  recently inherited funds that we used for a down payment, have two children in college and have numerous other financial situations that made underwriting a nightmare.  Scott was incredible.  We had 10 or more conversations a week and shared dozens of emails each week, discussing questions asked by underwriting.  This went on for 6 weeks.  Scott replied to messages and emails promptly and he handled many annoying tasks for us.  Scott took a frustrating and stressful process and made it a great experience.  Buying a home should be an exciting and rewarding time in your life and Scott worked his tail off to make it great for us.  We highly recommend Scott and the team at First Wisconsin Financial.

Dustin went above and beyond and made the whole process worry free. I can't be more grateful. He was always prompt with replies and full of information. He kept us updated every step of the way and always had answers for any questions that arised.

My husband and I went to purchase our home and didn't know where to start. We had made some past credit mistakes and they made our credit score less then ideal. Dustin from First Wisconsin Financial found a way to make it happen! He walked us through everything we needed to do and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. We are now loving our beautiful new home!

Dustin was great. We laid out a game plan for the mortgage refinances and he helped get it done in short order. He also got me some very competitive insurance rates. The overall service was great and I had responses within 12 to 18 hours of asking questions if not considerably sooner. At one point we were even talking in the evening via text to get things done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
