Came for sports physical and waited 1hr 50 minutes. There were 2 patients including us in the facility. PA took less than 5 minutes and we left. Nice building but not enough staff. Those that were working talked to each other for 30 minutes then went to a room came out talked for another 30 minutes then went to another room. Staff doesn't seem organized or efficient.

I saw Dr. Chircos yesterday afternoon. I'd been experiencing abdominal and back pain since the day before. He did a brief physical exam, urinalysis and CBC. I told him that I have Crohns and Diverticulitis ( I've been very well treated for diverticulitis at this location before but not by this doctor ). These are both painful gastrointestinal conditions. Dr. Chircos said that maybe I have a stomach bug and to wait it out. He also mentioned that I didn't move like someone with pain. Having both of the above mentioned diseases, I know what is painful. I thought this was purely bad bedside manners. However, when I was at the front desk to check out, the nurse asked me what was the level of my pain. I answered that it was a 7. Dr. Chircos was also at the checkout desk and blurted out that "I didn't seem like a person in pain". I find his behavior to be unprofessional, uncaring and disrespectful, at the least. The net of this, in my option, is to call ahead to see what doctor you will be seeing. If it's Dr. Chircos, you may want to consider another urgent care facility.

We made a change to this facility seeking a new primary care provider. I have used both, Centennial and First Call, having an appointment and urgent care. In all cases, friendly staff and satisfied with care. I like the fact they can do the lab work on the spot. Blood is drawn though think they still send out. Nice new facility and usually never a long wait.

My first time here. Beautiful new facility. The PA who treated me really wanted to make me feel better and alleviate my symptoms. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I may just change to this place for primary care also.

Dr. Brothers is wonderful. Better than my GP in fact. He spent the time explaining the situation- causes, factors, treatments. Excellent, compassionate bedside manor. Would highly recommend this over other urgent care facilities.
