We talked to some locals and they recommend we check out this place for their meat and cheese. All I can say is wow. A true German meat market with an excellent selection of sausages and cheeses. So far I have tried a few of their cheeses and beef jerky and they were great. They still have people to carry out your groceries to your car too. 

The tower chimes every so often and puts on a little show too. 

This place is worth the drive.

You know it's going to be good when you get out of your vehicle and hear polka music!!! 
On my return from Colorado fishing trip deciding to avoid Dallas/ Ft Worth traffic and going a trip into my past . I decided to stop in a real German meat market and was I in for a delightful surprise. 
There was real old fashion meat market with German sausage that only can be compared to a trip back to  " father land."  I had to purchase a cooler to haul my bounty to deep east Texas.
The cashier was so kind and helpful making sure my purchase was packed with care. 
A young lady made sure everything was in cooler with ice and my pickles was in a box for travel.
In today's world of hurrying and box stores what a pleasure to meet such wonderful people that really seemed to enjoy their job. Everyone was smiling and greeted me as I was the most important person in the world.
It's sad it's 300 miles from my home.
PS : it's the best sausage and pickles since my childhood and that includes my military travel in Europe.

I love this market. Every time I go anywhere close to Muenster TX I make it a point to stop in. I love to buy my beef there. It is beef from their own feedlot. I have never been disappointed in anything we have ever purchased there. Plus their prices are just as good as any chain grocery store and the products are by far superior.

My girlfriend works here. She loves it. Very good selection. Fresh fruit. Clean place to pick up anything that you need from making homemade dinner or a movie night.

It's usually always good. I'm relatively new to Fischers, so still getting acquainted with the store layout, and the meats! Everything I've purchased from there has been delicious, and I'm looking forward to trying still more of the meats!
