This is the best place I've been to in years. From the food to the atmosphere it is 100% on point. The highlight of my visit is the service from Rebecca. She is extremely knowledgeable in everything on the menu. I will definitely be back again.

She had the Fra Diavolo with accommodations made for the her. I had the Cod Francaise with a side order of Fingling potatoes made in oil so my partner, going vegan, could try them and loved them. Both meals piping hot and the Fra was spicy delish and the Cod lightly coated but broiled - had a nice lemon butter sauce. Had a bottle of Pinot Noir which was balanced and smooth. We will go again here and the price was worth it!!

Service was excellent, waitress went above and beyond the make us happy after a not so great experience. Seafood Misto and Brussel sprouts were much better than expected, and drinks were good. That being said, it took well over an hour for entrees to come out, and the rest of the food was lackluster. Dishes were brought out cold and were not very good. Ordered shrimp cocktail "for two" and literally got 2 tiny shrimp on a plate... Pretty disappointed after hearing rave reviews. Probably will not be back for food, but will go back for drinks.

I came here with a group of 10 people. We had a fun night. The service was good and we had a great time with our waitress. A few of the guys ran the waitress through the ringer and she handled them like a Pro - The food was much better than some of the reviews lead me to expect. The servers worked as a team and therefore I rated the service much higher - extremely fresh fish and tasty food. Recommend sharing your appetizers - everything is so tasty, and very filling. All of us ordered specials and they were fantastic - best tasting Halibut I've had in a long time. They include a small serving of veggies - deliciously seasoned (actually enjoyed eating my vegetables for once). The drinks were delicious. I ordered their Notorious Blackberry Mojito cocktail - it was hard to drink out of the straw because it had little seeds in it and the mint leaf kept clogging the straw -- still a great drink. (just remove the straw). The Watermelon Martini looked delish! This place is trend, cool and very unique. The menu is creative and well thought out - 30 Fish on Lake put a few spins on classic/traditional plates that enhances the experience of eating them. The bartenders are exceptionally talented and very knowledgeable about their cocktails. Their beer selection is almost as impressive as their wine list. Arguably some of the best sliders in town. The restaurant is only 2 years old so they are still working on the kinks -- but based on my experience - Fish on 30 Lake will be one of the Hotspots for this track season, and many more to come.

Good service, nice atmosphere, terrible fish and chips. My husband got their clam chowder which was fantastic, but I got the fish and chips and the fish was horrible. The fries were above average, but the fish was dry and rubbery and flavorless, and the beer batter was so overcooked it was as stiff and so it was actually extremely hard to cut through without parts of the batter literally going flying. Probably won't go back or recommend, but their other dishes might be ok. Just seemed like the menu was more shellfish than fish.
