great family owned restaurant. good food and a great atmosphere.  bring your kids and they can feed the fish or go fishing on the pond.

I have been here three separate times and have continually had the worst seafood ever. I would also say that I do not like catfish and did not try that. I did try the other offerings and have had very poor food each time. 

My wife and I will not be going back to this camp. Three strikes and you are out!

Nice appeal...friendly people. ...food good...prices around  $13 per person.

We've been to Fish Camp a few times, and it's not due to the lack of places to eat in Rockwall.  We really enjoy the atmosphere and the kids love it.  The food is really good, and I love some of the different menu items they have that aren't traditional.  The last few times we've gone we had our smallest in a stroller so it wasn't until this time (our smallest is now 2) that I realized they need to do something about the railing around the pond.  The top and middle bars are find but there is a huge gap between the middle and sidewalk, VERY easy for a child to fall through.  I am sure plenty of kids have fallen in, but why even take the chance?  I don't see why there can't be some safety wire mesh or other types of bars installed toward the bottom.  It made me very nervous, and yes we were watching our child, but it just take a split second and they could be in the water.  Seems like this place would want to avoid the liability before its a tragedy.  We won't be back until the smallest is older or can swim.

This place is so great!  The best Catfish and shrimp ever!  The whold atmosphere is great!  Friendly staff.  Beautiful scenery!
