I highly recommend Fisher Funeral Parlor in Durham, NC. In our most difficult time, he was very compassionate and put our needs above his own. From my experience, the customer service was far better than the other local funeral businesses that we dealt with. We thank him for his help in our difficult time.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this funeral palor. It is truly unfortunate because Fisher has been a mainstay in the Durham community for years. I wish I could go into detail all the problems I experienced with this establishment. The problems began with a lack of communication from retrieving our loved one at the hospital, to being two hours late picking the family up for the first viewing, and finally to perpetuating rifts between family members. On a positive note…thank god our loved one looked great in his casket. That alone kept this experience from being truly disastrous and heart sickening.
