I called because we had no water. We are in Conneaut Lake Pa. Jason couldn't have been more helpful in getting someone over that day to look at the problem. They explained what needed done and were very clear on the estimate. It ended up being a bad well pump. They worked around our schedule and got the water on quickly. We have also had them do additional work for us and will be calling them in the future for any needed repairs. James, Roman and the others did a great job!

We were thrilled with the whole experience.  They were in constant communication giving us the time frame and day.  Very polite on the phone calls. Roman, the plumber, was very polite, respectful of our property, and very thorough.  Worked on the problems until they were resolved.  He did a great job!! Our toilet problems are solved! I called Fisher to remove water from between the tub liner and an old tub over which the liner rests. Prior to calling them, I also spoke to 4 plumbers who flatly said that they could not do it on the phone. When I called Fisher, I explained the problem very clearly to Roy who confirmed that they do this specific job. Apparently, this is just an elaborate hoax to charge a service fee. Their plumber Cubi who came to see the job, confirmed that they can remove the water only by tearing out the liner, but the cannot install a new one. In other words, they are able to "solve" my problem by ripping out my bath tub liner to empty water, but I will have to call Bath Fitter to get myself a new liner installed. This is simply stupid, has no regard for clients or what was specifically discussed and agreed on the nature of work to be done, and is just an elaborate hoax to charge someone a service fee without any merit - basically, they came to confirm that they don't do the job for a service fee. I had even told them that I could go to Bath Fitter who installed it for me, but wanted urgent attention if they do the job - well, they don't, but cannot tell you that like so many others without charging you a service fee. This is just a fly by night operator who likes to make a living by charging folks for services not really provided, when 4 other comparable plumbers specifically ruled out the job over the phone for free. Wasted $100 on these idiots. Don't use them, if you care about your money and you job. A waste of time.

James was excellent. We needed help at our summer home which has well water. He worked with us on scheduling and was happy to explain everything to us. We had a million questions about the plumbing and he was happy to answer them all. Great service at a reasonable price.

We ran out of well water today. I saw good reviews online so i called and they came right out! What an amazing hardworking family run business!! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of there services!!
