This is the best pet store in west plains. The animals and enclosures are healthy and well taken care of. The fish section is well stocked and clean, any dead fish are removed promptly. Their animal and fish prices are very fair, their equipment prices seem rather steep, but it is apparent that their profits go back into keeping the store excellent. I have frequented pet stores across a handful of states and this one impresses me, not so much for its size, but definitely for quality and professionalism. I have seen some horrendous pet stores, and this store is a relief to see.

Great place to stop and shop. Everyone there was helpful and knowledgeable. Animals seemed well-treated but some of the fish were a little crowded, their habitats were clean and they were easy to see and interact with. A good selection of fish, reptiles, and some mammals and birds.
