I joined due to I need to lose weight and always in pain from arthritis. I started Jan 16, I go to a 30min workout everyday except Sunday only because they ate not open on Sunday. Since I've started I have lost 7 pounds and 3% fat!! I eat better no more packaged or fast food! I'm feeling much better joints not hurting as much. The Coaches and fellow workout partners or all different sizes, shapes male and female are very nice and help each other out. I have a membership to a gym I haven't used it in the 2yrs I've been paying on it. Here at the boot camp I ended up signing on for 18 months, because I'm enjoying my workouts and progress!!

I have been going to Fit body boot camp for 3 weeks now. What I can say thus far is first of all I love the 30 minute workouts they are right to the point and you feel every muscle. Second, I haven't gone to the gym 4 times a week in a long time so that says a lot about the motivation I receive from the coaches to keep coming back. If you truly want to change the way you look, feel on the inside, look on the outside and become stronger mentally, physically and spiritually then try Fit Body Bootcamp, You will not regret it one bit.

It is by far the best gym experience I have ever had. I guarantee that you will not find a more supportive group of trainers anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable, uplifting, encouraging, and inspirational. It doesn't matter what age, weight, or fitness level you start at, you are treated with the upmost respect. I could not be more happy with my results !! This 30 min workout will have you sweating and fatigued... It also will have you thirsty for more! I love it!!!
